Does it Cost Anything to Add a URL to FyberSearch?

It is free to add a URL to any search engine in the FyberSearch network. We do offer a service that submits your site to several other search engines that is not free.

How do I Correct the Submission of a Mis-Typed URL?

If you submitted your site for free to any of the search engines inside the FyberSearch network then just submit the correct URL.

If you used our paid submission service then please contact us and include the email address you paid with, the mis-typed URL and the correct URL.

How Frequently Should I Add My URL to FyberSearch?

It is unnecessary to add a URL to any of our search engines more than once every couple weeks but we do not penalize websites that are suggested more often.

How do I Cancel a Free URL Submission?

Our web crawler FyberSpider visits as many websites as possible even if no one submitted them so there is no way to cancel a free submission. You can prevent FyberSpider from cataloging your site.

How do I Change the Address FyberSearch Sends Email to?

To change the address our newsletter is sent to just remove your old address and subscribe with your new address.

To change the address that our member's account emails are sent to just login and click the "edit" link next to the "account details" section.

To change the address of any service you have a paypal subscription to you can either contact us or cancel the subscription and subscribe again with your new email address.

We do not offer any other services that send email more than once immediately after being used. If you are regularly receiving email that is not from one of the above three types of services then you probably hired a third party promotional service that is regularly using our services on your behalf and should contact them to change your email address.

How do I Stop Receiving Email from FyberSearch?

It depends on which service the email was sent from.

If you receive our newsletter and would like to stop just unsubscribe.

There are several third party promotional services that submit their client's URL and email address to our search engines which results in a one-time confirmation email being sent to that client. If you are one such client then you should contact the promotional service you are using regarding their submission practices.

If you think that someone is using your email address for our services without your permission you can block your address from receiving email from some of our popular services.

If none of the above apply or solve the problem you can contact us with either the subject of the email, a copy of the email or the header data taken from that email.
